No refunds or exchanges unless faulty:
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and stand behind them. However, if you happen to receive a faulty or defective item, we will gladly offer a refund or exchange for you. Please contact us within 3 business days of receiving the product with a photo of the defect, and we will do our best to make it right for you. We do not accept refunds or exchanges if you have changed your mind. It is your responsibility to return the product in the same condition that you received it.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed and shipped, we will not be able to offer a refund.
