Shipping policy

We ship all orders via standard shipping, which can take up to 7-14 business days to arrive. While we always strive to get your order to you as soon as possible, please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or other factors beyond our control. Shipping Rates:
We offer standard economy shipping rates. If you require faster shipping, say for an emergency event, please contact us before placing your order so we can try work this out for you.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can keep track of your package. If you have any concerns or questions about your shipment, please don't hesitate to contact us.

International Shipping:
We only sell in New Zealand and as such there are no international shipping options available.
